I just love your illustrations.

You could use the oak galls to make oak gall ink like the medieval monks used to, for illumination.

Thanks, Prue! I have a book about botanical inks and it includes oak gall for dye and inks. I've wanted to try it, and we have plenty here! Thanks for the nudge to give it a go. 😀

Hahaha! So glad to know that the chocolate ice cream won’t be going on the pizzas. I love the definition of them as a ‘reasonable facsimile’. Grin.
