I rode to the Y for an early morning swim under cloudy skies, temp was 83, winds were calm. Hip Guy was waiting to get in along with another guy (aka Tattoo Guy, as his tattoos are memorable). The 3 of us were in the pool for about 20 minutes, then I was solo.
I tried a new pair of goggles: no leaking, but I’ll have to adjust the fit as I still have indentations in my face where the goggles rested. These goggles are officially a swim mask due to their size, and took some getting used to. Swimming pain free and not having to adjust goggles every 50 yards or so, is fantastic.
6 people were in the office today (out of a possible 184) so the BrewTime© Post-Its were 2.
I rode to the library after supper to pick up 4 DVDs and a book. Even though the temp was in the low 90s, the ride was comfortable due to the setting sun and periodic cloud cover. Lots of families enjoying the evening at neighborhood pools, playgrounds, and tennis courts.
The Greenway looks so peaceful and cool, Mary. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE your new goggles - what a fabulous self-portrait!
6 people out of 184? Wow!! That's quite some difference. I'd be very troubled at the news that the former had matched the latter in coffee consumption! ⚡️🤯⚡️
6 people out of a possible 184!! Wow! A very quiet day. That last photo of the Greenway looks so cool and inviting. Lovely. And well done with the mask / goggles. Enjoy!
